Mentorship program:

What is Mentoring?

Mentoring is a relationship between one person (the Mentor) with certain knowledge, skills and connections, and another person (the Mentee) who wants to acquire more knowledge, skills, and connection for his or her own personal and/or professional growth.

How it works ?

The objective of the Mentorship Program is to help high-school students and youth in Montreal develop confidence, self-esteem and respect through a trusting and caring relationship. We hope to provide them with the opportunity to make better decisions that can positively impact their attitudes. Participants commit to meet once a week for the school year. This allows the pair to get to know each other and develop a trusting relationship over time. We hope they will have fun together and develop their personal and relationship goals. Once a month, all the Mentors and Mentees meet for a day of peer support and other fun activities in the community.
